ZOLA Nail Studio ("ZOLA", "we", "us") operates zolanailstudio.com and provides nail services in Porterville, California. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how our text message program works.
When you book an appointment and provide your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from ZOLA Nail Studio relating to that appointment — confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and follow-ups.
Separately, and only if you tick the optional box at booking or sign up for our list, you may also receive marketing messages about new press-on drops, openings, offers, and studio news. Marketing messages are optional and are never required to book an appointment or receive a service.
Message frequency varies. Appointment messages are sent as needed around your bookings — typically 2 to 5 per appointment. Marketing messages, if you opted in, are sent no more than a few times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. ZOLA does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Reply STOP to any message to be removed immediately. You'll get one confirmation message and nothing after that. You can also reply HELP for assistance, or email us at zolastudioempire@gmail.com.
Opting out of marketing messages does not cancel your appointments, and you will still receive essential messages about a booking you have made unless you ask us to stop those too.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with anyone. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are used solely by ZOLA Nail Studio to contact you about your appointments and, where you have opted in, about our own offers.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles.
We share only what is necessary, and only with services that help us run the studio:

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. Our services are intended for adults. Guests under 18 are welcome in the studio with a parent or guardian, but we do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13.
Access to client records is limited to Zahra and trained ZOLA team members. Payment details never touch our systems. We keep records only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations.
